Events pricing in Washington, DC.
Event coverage is billed hourly with a two-hour minimum. Longer days and multi-day conferences are quoted as a flat rate. Everything below is a starting point. You get a written quote before anything is booked.
Half day

Up to four hours on location. Two-hour minimum on all event work.
Full day
On request
Up to eight hours, with travel across the DMV included.
Multi-day
On request
Conferences and anything running past a single day, quoted as a flat rate.
What is included
Placeholder list. Confirm every line with Isabelle before launch.
Every booking
Isabelle shooting, Isabelle editing, own lighting, and a written quote before anything is confirmed.
Delivery
A private online gallery of edited, full-resolution files with print rights.
Turnaround
About two weeks. Same-day previews are available for press on event work.
